The Faith Community Nurse is a licensed Registered Professional Nurse who volunteers to promote the health of their congregation. We minister to the mind, body and spirit of our faith community. We provide blood pressure screenings every third Sunday, health information, conversation and support. We assist in obtaining needed health resources. Once a year we sponsor a Health Fair.
